Signed A Songwriter's Tale CD (2007)
A personally signed by Mike Batt copy of A Songwriter’s Tale. This album of newly recorded tracks (not compiled from earlier albums) entered the UK albums chart at #24 when it was released in 2007. It is made up of tracks recorded by Batt but which he had previously written for other artists, together with “continental” hits which were hits by Batt as an artist utside the UK, such as “The Ride To Agadir” and “Lady Of The Dawn”. The album was made at Abbey Road Studios in London, and features Batt’s first-call rhythm players plus the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, conduct and arranged as always, by the artist.
